Custom E30 LSD Subframe - Limited Slip Diff Rear End
We have developed a custom LSD rear end solution for all E30’s. Using a Japanese limited slip diff we can now offer a reliable and strong limited slip diff solution. With a choice of ratios this solution comes complete with all new poly bushes and braced subframe. Our base axle solutions start with an axle core custom made from billet alloy to suit the R200 inner and BMW outer CV joints.
The BMW outer stubs and CV hardware are still a weak point once you get past a certain power level or usage application, so we also offer optional outer billet stubs and bigger CV hardware to help combat outer stub axle failure.

These are made to order, so it can be customised to suit your needs as best as possible. We do not have a HP rating on any of the hardware, however we have designed the axles and stubs to be as strong as possible while still keeping the OEM geometry and control arm components.
New bearings are installed along with new CV boots and fresh blasting and paint work. Pricing is under an exchange arrangement.

IMPORTANT NOTE: ** This rear end has been developed using OEM trailing arm hubs. This means we are limited to component sizes based on OEM bearing and casting area where the stub axle runs. We do not have a horse power rating on our setup. We have made axle cores and stubs using a high grade EN alloy series material and specialised heat treating process to maximise longevity. We do not warrant any components from failure. The purpose of this rear end solution is to offer a better option to OEM, and use cost effective diff alternatives to what BMW otherwise offers.
The next level of upgrade would be a custom set of trailing arms and hub solutions which would drive the price point up by 3-4 times.
