Returns & Exchanges

Sometimes it’s not quite right and we understand.

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges will be accepted within 90 days of purchase (provided the goods have not been used and are in the same condition as they were sent - unless the item is faulty). To return an item, please send us an email admin@brintechcustoms.com.au stating the purchase date, and reason for return and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Please note:

• Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

• Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.

• Please send the return item to 1077 Castlereagh Rd, Castlereagh NSW 2749 and send it securely with tracking in case it gets lost in transit.

• Before sending the goods back, please email admin@brintechcustoms.com.au so we can advise the details to include in your package so it can be quickly identified upon it’s return to us.

• Local drop off is not available.
